Canon Details	Morexa is a nation of eternal autumn in a jazz-age fantasy world - no one seems to know exactly why the seasons don't function properly within its borders, although it's notably more magical than its neighbors. The land's gods are mostly folkloric figures ascended to godhood or demons masquerading as gods, the fae wield considerable power, and hauntings are commonplace. Also, the Moon is terrible, no one likes the Moon. What a jerk.

Notable Traits	Young halfling woman with a definite 1910s-1920s-ish vibe, generally dresses in flapper fashion if given the choice. Wears her stockings rolled down and her hair short. Cute and not afraid to let you know she knows it. Voice is peppy and upbeat with a hint of fry, manner tends toward bossiness or sulking.
15 Second Summary	Dissipated youngest daughter of a wealthy halfling cloth merchant family. Made a pact with a faery while blacked out on absinthe at a party and woke up with warlock powers and no clear memories of her new patron. She's painstakingly put some of the parts together over the last few months, and although she's still not entirely sure what she promised the Fourth Bride of Winter, she's more comfortable associating herself with the Bride and more bold about dealing with other fae.
Abilities & Permissions
Abilities	Most of Tally's mundane abilities are related to her days as a party girl and small-time conwoman - she's good with cosmetics, including for disguise, she's a dab hand at forgery, she knows a good amount of sleight of hand tricks. Her magic is given to her by the Fourth Bride of Winter - the ability to summon and act through her pseudodragon familiar Ernst, to see magic, protect herself, perform minor prestidigitations or attack with eldritch blasts at will, and to cast a variety of spells, mostly focused on gathering information or avoiding consequences.

Sensing	Magically bonded to Ernst, her toad/weirdass little dragon/whatever form he's currently in familiar, and can (or will, once she gets that skill back) be able to share his senses at will and communicate through him. Will (once she gets the skill back) be running detect magic pretty much any time she's in an environment where that won't, like, blind her with sensory overload.

PHYSICAL AFFECTION:
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Tally will ICly attempt to avoid physical melee combat. She's scrappy and can take a hit, but she doesn't like it and prefers to resolve things either by diplomacy or by keeping her distance and using ranged options.
RELATIONSHIPS: She's a flirt and open to casual relationships with either gender, although her tastes usually run to other smaller-than-human-scale characters. Not looking for a serious relationship at this time.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Tally sometimes shares the senses her pseudodragon familiar, Ernst, and is also capable of piggybacking on a willing humanoid's senses. Otherwise she has neither innate psychic abilities, nor any particular resistance to the abilities of others.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: Mid-leveled Warlock of the Archfey - Tally has a variety of magical abilities which, to those able to determine such things, are clearly imposed on her by a powerful fae rather than innate or learned. She does not require her patron's permission or awareness to use these powers, but also cannot develop them further without her patron's aid. She's also bonded to an unusually toad-like pseudodragon familiar.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Young cis woman in broadly good health, if a little incautious about substance use, both medicinal and recreational. Medically, bears evidence of having borne at least one child. (The situation is retrocausally complex.)
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: Responds poorly to having her fitness as a mother or claim on her son challenged. Otherwise pretty easy-going.

VISUAL: Picture a hobbit. Now picture a flapper girl. Now picture the hobbit as a flapper girl. That's Tally. Fair skin, round face, wavy dark bobbed hair, just slightly over three feet tall.
AURAL: Soprano, but not cartoonishly so. Generally peppy and upbeat. Slight vocal fry.
OLFACTORY: Meticulously clean whenever possible. Favors musky or spicy perfumes. Occasionally smokes tobacco or cannabis.
DEMEANOUR: Flirty, irreverent, bossy. Gregarious and not afraid to trade on her cuteness.
